基于“收益-声誉”双因素效用函数的复杂产品供应链质量交易实现机理

摘要 针对复杂产品核心系统小批量订购的特点,考虑"收益-声誉"双因素对合作主体综合效用的影响,分析复杂产品供应链质量合作的实现机理。在合理测度外协系统质量水平的基础上,设计了一类"收益-声誉"双因素效用函数表征质量交易主体实现合作交易的综合效用,并对"收益-声誉"双因素函数主要性质进行分析。根据不同合作情形,构建两级规划模型,揭示实现互惠交易均衡解的基本条件,探寻权重系数对合作效用的具体影响。最后,以某商用飞机公司和某航空发动机公司的质量合作为例展开研究,验证上述模型和方法的可行性和有效性,为复杂产品供应链质量交易的实现提供了一类新的研究框架和解决方法。 Aiming at the characteristics of small-volume ordering of complex product core systems,considering the influence of the two factors of"revenue-reputation"on the comprehensive utility of the cooperative entities,a quality cooperation mechanism is explored for complex product supply chain concerning both short-term economic profit and long-term quality reputation.A novel utility function concerning"profit-reputation"is proposed from the perspective of generalized quality loss,which can be utilized to reflect the overall influence of short-term economic profit and long-term quality reputation on supply chain quality transaction.According to different kinds of cooperation situations,two level programming models are built to reveal the equilibrium of mutual beneficial cooperation.Additionally,the influence of weight parameter is explored on cooperation utilization.The quality cooperation between a main manufacturer and engine supplier is selected as a case study to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the new model.Finally,the findings show that the complex product supply chain can realize the Pareto equilibrium by adopting this transaction mechanism in order to ensure that the main manufacturer and the engine supplier get the optimal utilities.This methodprovide a new research framework for the realization of complex product supply chain quality transactions and solution.
