内托生肌散口服结合敛痔散外敷治疗低位肛痈术后的疗效观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of Neituo Shengji Powder(内托生肌散)combined with Lianzhi Powder(敛痔散) on Low Anus Carbuncle after Operation

目的:观察内托生肌散口服结合敛痔散外敷用于低位肛痈术后的临床疗效。方法:将90例低位肛痈术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例。两组均行一次性根治术,对照组术后采用敛痔散外敷,治疗组在对照组的基础上予内托生肌散口服,对两组临床疗效、创面愈合情况、肛门疼痛以及创面肉芽形态和分泌物进行比较。结果:两组临床疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组患者创面愈合时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者术后第11天和第15天创面愈合率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者术后第3天和第7天肛门疼痛程度低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组术后第7天、第11天和第15天创面分泌物、创面肉芽形态评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:低位肛痈术后采用内托生肌散口服结合敛痔散外敷可促进肉芽生长,缩短创面愈合时间,降低术后肛门疼痛的发生率。

Objective: To observe the curative effect of Neituo Shengji Powder combined with Lianzhi Powder on low anus carbuncle after operation. Methods: Ninety patients with low anal carbuncle after operation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with forty five cases in each group. Two groups were treated with one-time radical operation. The control group was treated with Lianzhi Powder for external application. The treatment group was treated with Neituo Shengji Powder on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, wound healing, anal pain, granulation morphology and secretion of the wound were compared between the two groups. Results: There was no significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups (P>0.05);the wound healing time of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05);the wound healing rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group on the 11st and 15th days after operation (P<0.05);the anal pain degree of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group on the 3rd and 7th days after operation (P <0.05). The scores of wound secretion and granulation morphology on the 7^th, 11^th and 15^th day after operation in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: Neituo Shengji powder combined with Lianzhi powder can promote granulation growth, shorten wound healing time and reduce the incidence of anal pain after operation for low anus carbuncle.
