摘要
介绍中医经典名方导入法在《中医内科学》理论教学中的应用及其意义。其主要包括《伤寒杂病论》中医经典名方导入法、《中医内科学》相关病证的中医经典名方导入和《中医内科学》相关病证的中医经典名方应用验案导入3种来源;并介绍中医经典名方直接导入应用法和拓展导入应用法两种具体的教学手段,论述了该方法的意义,即加强学生对《中医内科学》理论内容的理解及中医临证思维,提高学生对中医典籍的兴趣,提高学生的科研思维能力,同时提升《中医内科学》教师备课质量及教学能力。中医经典名方在《中医内科学》中的导入,使师生双方都能更直观地学习经方的临床应用,探索经方科研动向,不但能够提高《中医内科学》教学质量,而且也是培养21世纪中医药人才的有效途径之一。
This article introduces the application and significance of the introduction of TCM classical prescriptions into the theoretical teaching of Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It mainly includes the introduction of TCM classical prescriptions in typhoid and miscellaneous diseases, the introduction of in Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the introduction of proven cases. The significance of the method is discussed in this paper, to strengthen the understanding of the theoretical content of Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the thinking of Chinese medicine, to improve the students' interest of the classics of traditional Chinese medicine, to improve the students' thinking ability in scientific research and to improve the quality and teaching ability of the teachers in Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine . The introduction of the TCM classical prescriptions in Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine makes both teachers and students learn more intuitively the clinical application of the classics and explore the trend of the scientific research. It can not only improve the teaching quality of Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese medicine, but also be one of the effective ways to cultivate Chinese medicine talents in twenty-first Century.
