摘要
为研究集装箱港口之间竞争与互补的空间关系以及形成原因,选取2006~2016年间中国五大港口群内的43个沿海集装箱港口的相关数据,利用空间面板数据分析的方法进行分析。通过建立空间计量经济模型,采用港口里程来设定空间权重矩阵。实证检验结果表明,从整体上看,中国沿海地区港口呈现出竞争的状态;分地区来看,长三角、珠三角及东南沿海港口群呈现出竞争的状态,而西南沿海港口呈现互补合作的状态,环渤海港口群无明显的空间关系。针对当地政府及港务局制定港口发展规划,提出了对策建议。
In order to study the spatial relationship of competition or complementarity and the corresponding formation reason between container ports, the related data from 2006 to 2016 of 43 coastal container ports in Chinese five major port groups are selected and analyzed by spatial panel data analysis. By establishing a spatial econometric model, the port mileage is used to set the spatial weight matrix. The empirical test results show that the ports in Chinese coastal areas show a state of competition from a holistic perspective. From the sub-regional perspective, the Yangtze River Delta, the Pearl River Delta and the southeast coastal port groups are in a competitive state, while the southwest coastal ports are complementary. Also, there is no obvious spatial relationship among the Bohai Sea port group. Accordingly, countermeasure proposals are put forward for helping the local government and port authority to formulate port development programs.
