农村消费者对食品安全的风险认知及影响因素研究——基于二元Logistic模型的实证 被引量:6

摘要 以农村消费者调查为基础,通过对农村居民食品安全风险认知及相关问题的调研,构建二元Logistic模型,分析了影响农民食安风险认知的主要因素。研究结果表明,大多数农民对食品安全非常担心,但对改善食品环境却充满信心;农民对当前食品安全的认知存在严重偏差;从影响风险认知的因素来看,性别、家庭人口、是否有未成年子女、是否加入合作社等因素对风险认知影响显著,而年龄、是否有过不安全食品遭遇等因素无显著影响。加强农村居民的职业教育培训,并将个人特征考虑在内,引导其树立正确的食品安全观念,成为改善农村食品环境、增强居民食品安全信心的关键。 Based on the survey of rural consumers, the dual Logistic model was constructed by investigating the risk cognition and related problems of food safety of rural residents, and the main factors influencing farmers′ perception of food safety risk were analyzed. The results show that most farmers are very concerned about food safety, but in the meantime, they are confident about improving the food environment. Farmers have serious deviations in the current food safety awareness;from the perspective of risk perception factors, gender, family population, whether there are minor children, whether to join cooperatives and other factors have a significant impact on risk perception. However, age, whether there were unsafe food encounter and other factors have no significant effect. Strengthening the vocational education and training of rural residents, taking personal characteristics into account, guiding them to establish a correct concept of food safety, is the key to improve the rural food environment and enhance residents′ confidence in food security.
