Reflections on the Open Development of Open Education in the New Era

新时代,要办好人民满意的开放教育,需要我们对开放教育的内涵有更加深入的理解与把握,其关键任务就是要实现以“学历补偿”或“学历提升”为导向到以“拓宽知识、提升能力、丰富生活、发展兴趣、促进成长”为导向的转变。从制约开放教育发展的关键问题入手进行研究,为新时代开放大学的发展寻方向找定位,提出云南开放大学“顺势而为求突破,开放合作闯新路”的发展理念和构建“开放式人才培养模式”的探索思路。

In the new era, to achieve the gaol of open education that is satisfactory to the people, we need to have a deeper understanding and grasp of the connotation of open education. The key task is to achieve the transformation from the idea of “educational compensation” or “educational improvement” into the idea of “broadening knowledge, enhancing ability, enriching life, developing interest and promoting growth”. By starting from the key issues that restrict the development of open education, we will find a direction for the development of the open university in the new era and put forward the development concept of “seizing the momentum for breakthrough and opening up cooperation for new road” and constructing trains of thought for “open-typed talents training models.
