摘要 积极应对人口老龄化是当前和今后较长时间内国家社会治理的一项重大任务。面对老龄化社会带来的劳动力短缺、社会负担加重、人口结构失衡等问题,延长劳动者受教育年限、为在职职工提供教育培训、提升大龄劳动者的劳动参与水平等做法均有助于应对短期内劳动力供给下降所带来的经济社会风险。文章截取中老龄退休人口(约为55-75岁)为研究对象,以老年教育为手段,以全面提升老年群体的劳动参与为核心,分析老年群体特点和需求,通过提供各种形式的老年教育,使老年群体老有所安,老有所乐,老有所为。 Positive coping with aging population is a major task of the state’s social governance at present and in the future. Faced with the shortage of labor caused by aging society, the increase of social burden and the imbalance of population structure, it is helpful to extend the years of education for workers, provide education and training for working staff and improve the level of labor participation of older workers to reduce economic and social risks brought about by the decline in labor supply in the short term. The paper intercepts the elderly retirement population (about 55-75 years old) as the research object, takes the elderly education as the means, and comprehensively enhances the labor participation of elderly group as the core, analyzes the characteristics and needs of the elderly group and provides various forms of elderly education to make the elderly group feel old and well-informed, old and happy, old and useful.
