摘要
农产品质量安全事关中国民生大计,更关乎人们的生命与身体健康。中国作为农业大国,农产品质量安全一直成为各地政府关注的重点问题。尤其是近些年,全球经济贸易不断发展,农产品种类逐渐增多,这在很大程上加剧了食品安全事故的发生概率。本文从食品安全的角度分析了中国农产品存在的部分问题,并在此基础上针对性地提出一些研究对策,希望这些对策可以为中国农产品质量安全体系建设提供参考依据。
The quality and safety of agricultural products are related to the livelihood of our country and people's life and health. As a big agricultural country, the quality and safety of agricultural products in China has always been a key issue concerned by governments of all levels. Especially in recent years, with the development of global economy and trade, the types of agricultural products increase gradually, which aggravates the probability of food safety accidents. In this paper, the author mainly analyzes some problems of agricultural products in China from the perspective of food safety, and puts forward some research countermeasures on this basis. It is hoped that these countermeasures can provide reliable reference for the construction of agricultural product quality and safety system in China.
