Relationship Between Land Use and Economic Development Based on Decoupling Model

在土地利用变化背景下,以河南省永城市为例,利用退耦模型对永城市土地利用与经济发展间的关系进行定量评价,分析各用地类型与经济发展间的协调性。研究结果显示,大多数用地类型与经济发展间的关系较为协调,但是城镇用地与经济发展之间则从较为协调转变为不协调,用地的集约程度也从较为集约发展至较为粗放。

Under the background of land use change, taking Yongcheng City of Henan Province as an example, the relationship between land use and economic development in Yongcheng City was quantitatively evaluated by using decoupling model, and the coordination between land use types and economic development was analyzed. The results showed that most types of land use were in harmony with economic development, but the relationship between urban land use and economic development has changed from more coordinated to uncoordinated, and the degree of intensive land use has also developed from more intensive to more extensive.
