摘要
依照光伏电池的电气输出特征,运用等值电路创建光伏电池的数学模型,在MATLAB/Simulink仿真环境中建立光伏阵列通用仿真模型,借助此模型仿真得到光伏电池在不同日照强度下、不同温度下输出特性曲线族P/V和U/I特性曲线.通过分析电导增量法,利用光伏电池模型对光伏阵列的最大功率进行跟踪,并利用simulink建立基于电导增量法的MPPT控制器,最后结合BOOST升压电路、MPPT控制器、PV建立matlab仿真分析MPPT实现情况.
In accordance with the electrical output characteristics of photovoltaic cells and by using the mathematical model of the equivalent circuit to create photovoltaic cells, the photovoltaic array of general simulation model is set up in MATLAB/Simulink environment. With the aid of this model simulation, by photovoltaic cells under different intensity of sunlight, the output characteristic curve under different temperature and U-P/V/I characteristic curve are obtained. Through the analysis of conductance increment method, the photovoltaic cell model is used to track the maximum power of PV arrays, and by using simulink, the MPPT controller is established based on the incremental conductance method. Finally combining the BOOST booster circuit, MPPT controller and PV, MPPT realization is built through matlab simulation analysis.
