摘要
在室温条件下合成金属有机框架(metal-organic frameworks,MOF-5)材料,通过红外光谱、粉末衍射等技术对其结构进行表征;以苏丹红Ⅰ为目标物,考察了MOF-5的吸附性能,探究MOF-5作为富集材料用于食品中苏丹红检测的可行性。研究结果表明:室温条件下成功合成MOF-5材料;所制备的MOF-5材料对苏丹红Ⅰ具有优良的吸附性能,其最大吸附容量为20.7 mg/g,吸附在10 h之内可以达到平衡;鉴于其优异的吸附性能,进一步考察其作为萃取材料用于鸭蛋中苏丹红Ⅰ检测的可行性。
Metal-organic frameworks(MOF-5)material was synthesized at room temperature,and character ized by infrared spectroscopy,powder diffraction and thermogravimetric analyzer,etc. The adsorption property of MOF-5 toward Sudan red I was investigated in detail. The feasibility of MOF-5 as adsorption material for the detection of Sudan red Ⅰ in foods was investigated. The results revealed that MOF-5 material was successfully synthesized. The resulted in materials exhibited excellent adsorption property,where the maximum adsorption capacity was 20.7 mg/g and adsorption equilibrium was achieved within 10 h. Based on its excellent adsorption property,the detection of Sudan red Ⅰ from duck eggs was realized.
