小腿部位穿支静脉功能不全与下肢慢性静脉病变色素沉着相关性的临床观察分析

Clinical observation and analysis of the correlation between perforator venous insufficiency and pigmentation in chronic venous diseases of lower extremities

目的:观察小腿部位穿支静脉功能不全与下肢慢性静脉病变色素沉着相关性分析。方法:收治CEAP分级C4患者70例(70条患肢),均采用CDUS检测患肢穿支静脉功能情况,分析穿支静脉功能不全与色素沉着临床严重程度的相关性。结果:CDUS检测出226条小腿部位穿支静脉功能不全,皮肤色素沉着病变严重程度与小腿部位穿支静脉功能不全的数量、内径以及血液反流时间呈正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论:下肢慢性静脉功能不全者下肢小腿部位色素沉着的病变程度与小腿部位穿支静脉功能不全数量、内径以及血液反流时间有着密切的联系,下肢小腿部位穿支静脉功能不全的治疗能够有效改善下肢静脉病变色素沉着患者的临床症状。

Objective:To observe the correlation between perforator venous insufficiency and pigmentation in chronic venous diseases of lower extremities.Methods:70 patients(70 affected limbs)with CEAP grade of C4 were selected.CDUS was used to detect the function of perforator veins in all patients.The correlation between perforator vein insufficiency and clinical severity of pigmentation was analyzed.Results:CDUS detected 226 cases of perforator venous insufficiency in the lower leg.The severity of skin pigmentation was positively correlated with the number,diameter and blood reflux time of perforator venous insufficiency in the lower leg(P<0.05).Conclusio:The degree of pigmentation in lower limbs of patients with chronic venous insufficiency is closely related to the number,diameter and blood reflux time of perforator vein insufficiency in lower limbs.The treatment of perforator vein insufficiency in lower limbs can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with pigmentation in lower limbs venous diseases.
