摘要 针对ZDJ9道岔双机启动电路中,当1DQJ(道岔启动继电器)自闭电路故障时,会切断自身的启动电路,但另一台转辙机会继续动作,导致只有一台转辙机牵引钢轨,易使钢轨变形、转辙机功率过高烧毁电机的问题,提出了改进ZBHJ(总保护继电器)电路的方法,并进行了现场试验,改进电路消除了安全隐患,保证了信号系统的安全运行。 In the ZDJ9 switch's dual - machine starting circuit, when the 1DQJ (switch start relay) self-stick circuit fails, it will cut off its own starting circuit while another switch will still continue to operate so that there is only one switch to draw the rail, which may lead to the deformation of the rail and the burning of the motor due to too high power. To address this problem ,a proper improvement method for the ZBHJ (total protection relay) circuit is put forward. Field test on the improved circuit has been conducted and the results indicate that the improved circuit can eliminate those hazards, hence ensuring the safe operation of the signal system.
