基于眼动特征的矿工危险感知研究

目的大量研究表明,提高危险感知能力对增强安全意识、提高危险警惕、保障人身安全、预防事故发生均具有显著作用。矿工危险感知能力直接影响煤矿的安全生产活动。方法本文采用眼动实验与调查问卷相结合的方法研究矿工的危险感知能力情况,即通过瞳孔大小、AOI兴趣区的首次注视时间、总访问次数、注视时长和总访问时间等特征指标分析矿工在观看不同作业场景图片时的危险敏感度及感知情况。结果矿工在观看有危险点的工作场景图片时其危险敏感性较强,危险感知能力相对较高;不同年龄的矿工危险感知能力高低不同;文化水平与是否经历过煤矿安全事故的因素对被试首次进入危险点的区域时间无明显的影响。结论本研究为煤矿企业的安全培训,尤其是老员工的安全操作意识等方面提供了实用性的建议。

Objective A large number of studies have shown that improving risk perception has significant effects on enhancing safety awareness,enhancing risk alert,ensuring personal safety and preventing accidents. The risk perception ability of miners directly affects the safety production activities of coal mines. Methods The method of eye tracking experiment and questionnaire were used to study the miners' risk perception ability. The miners' risk sensitivity was assessed by analyzing Pupil Size,Time to First Fixation of AOI,Visit Count,Total Fixation Duration and Total Visit Duration while the miners were viewing the pictures of different work scenes. Results Miners have strong risk sensitivity and relatively high risk perception ability when they watch the pictures of work scenes with dangerous information;Miners have a different ability of risk perception when they are old differently;the level of the miners' education background and whether they have experienced some accidents in coal mine do not influence obviously on Time to First Fixation of AOI . Conclusion This study provides practical suggestions for the safety training of coal mine enterprises,especially for the operation safety awareness of the old staff.
