摘要 自主设计的动力锂离子电池火灾灭火实验装置,由燃烧室、样品支架、加热设备、测量仪器组成,对含表面活性剂细水雾抑制动力锂离子电池火灾的有效性进行研究。分析含单一表面活性剂细水雾作用下电池灭火时间、温度及降温速率等参数的变化。在此基础上进行筛选、复配,研究含复合表面活性剂细水雾抑制动力锂电池火灾的有效性,得出最优复配比例。相比于纯水细水雾,所选用的表面活性剂均能不同程度地抑制动力锂电池火灾,所需灭火时间由小到大为:SDBS<EL-20<X-405<SDS<Tween-80。 Based on self-designed fire extinguishing test platform of power lithium battery, which consists of combustion chamber, sample bracket, heating equipment and measuring instrument, the effectiveness of water mist containing surfactant in fire suppression of power lithium ion batteries fire was studied.The parameters such as extinguishing time, temperature change and cooling rate of different kinds of single surfactant were tested. On this basis, screening and compounding were carried out.The effectiveness of the water mist with complex surfactant on fire extinguishing of power lithium battery was studied, the optimum proportion of compound was obtained. It is found that the selected surfactants can inhibit the power lithium battery fire in varying degrees, and the extinguishing time from small to large is SDBS < EL- 20 < X-405 < SDS < Tween-80.
