摘要 提出并验证了一种快速、简便的木质防火门防火等级化学检测方法。以使用不同含量磷系阻燃剂处理的木质防火门为例,测定防火门中的磷含量,按照GB/T7633-2008《门和卷帘的耐火试验方法》对木质防火门成品进行垂直燃烧炉试验,进而判断木质防火门的耐火等级。对实验结果进行分析,得到阻燃剂含量和HRR、质量损失及引燃时间之间的定量关系。与传统燃烧试验检测方法相比,化学检测法可缩短检测时间、降低检测成本。 A fast and simple chemical detection method for fire grade of wood fire door was proposed and verified. Taking wood fire doors treated with different phosphorus flame retardants as an example, the phosphorus content in fire door was determined, and then the fire resistance grade of wood fire door was judged by vertical combustion furnace test of wood fire doors according to GB/T 7633- 2008 Fire resistance test method for doors and curtains. The quantitative relationship between flame retardant content and HRR, mass loss and ignition time was obtained by further analysis of the experimental results. Compared with the traditional combustion test method, chemical test method can greatly shorten the detection time and reduce the detection cost.
