基于产教融合的高职医学人才培养模式创新研究与实践

Research and Practice on the Innovative Medical Talent Cultivation Model of Higher Vocational Education Based on Industry-education Integration

通过对产教融合、校企合作人才培养模式创新的必要性的分析,针对高职院校深化产教融合、校企合作存在的问题,提出了建立混合所有制校内生产性实训基地、"1+1+1"人才培养模式改革、现代学徒制人才培养模式改革、订单培养、校企共制专业人才培养方案等高职医学人才培养模式创新与实践的思路。

According to the analysis of the necessity of innovative medical talent cultivation model of industry-education integration and college-enterprise cooperation, aiming at the problems about Industry-education integration and College-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges, we raise the ideas about building the innovations and practices of the medical talent cultivation model of higher vocational education, including the mixed ownership campus productive training base, the reformation of the “1+1+1” talent-training mode, the reformation of the modern apprenticeship talent-training mode, the order training, the college-enterprise joint professional training program, which could solve the problem from deepening of industry-education integration and college-enterprise cooperation.
