摘要
抽油机作为机械举升的主要方式之一,其举升能耗的合理控制一直是油田技术人员与管理者所研究的课题。为此应用机采井节能理论的研究成果,结合油田实际从管理角度上阐述了合理控制抽油机地面举升设备能耗的方法为"在供、排平衡的条件下,实现抽油机的平衡率在80%以上,(即:80%≤λ≤100%)与抽油机拖动装置的合理匹配"。并应用该理论指导了部分井的实践,见到较好的节能效果,系统效率由42.88%提高到54.90%,有功节电率21.89%,为抽油机井的节能管理提供了有力的技术支持。
As one of the main ways of mechanical lifting, the reasonable control of pumping unit lifting energy consumption has always been a research topic for oilfield technicians and managers. Based on the research results of energy-saving theory of pumping wells and the actual situation of oilfields, this paper expounds the method of reasonably controlling the energy consumption of pumping unit ground lifting equipment from the point of view of management:"Under the condition of balance between supply and discharge, the balance rate of pumping unit is over 80%,(i.e., the reasonable matching with pumping unit driving device). The theory is applied to guide the practice of some wells, and good energy- saving effect is achieved. The system efficiency is increased from 42.88% to 54.90%, and the active power- saving rate is 21.89%. It provides strong technical support for energy-saving management of pumping wells.
