摘要
随着大庆油田对角式水表检定工作的重视程度不断提高,传统角式水表检定装置整体工作效率较低,很难满足工作高峰期的检定需求。角式水表因其结构简单耐用、承压性能优秀,广泛应用于大庆油田地下注水、掺水、污水处理等的计量。传统角式水表检定装置与水表检定装置类似,采用容积法的检定方式,技术缺陷明显,整体工作效率较低。为提高工作效率,降低劳动强度,从装置主体、供水系统、主标准器3个方面,在水表检定装置的基础上,设计一套新型角式水表检定装置,并从理论上分析其节能效果。
With the increasing attention paid to the verification of angular water meters in Daqing Oilfield, the overall efficiency of the traditional verification device of angular water meters is low, and it is difficult to meet the verification requirements during peak period. In order to improve work efficiency and reduce labor intensity, a new type of angle water meter verification device is designed,and its energy-saving effect is analyzed theoretically.
