加油站LED灯节能改造及节能效果分析 被引量:3

摘要 针对加油站照明常采用金卤灯或碘钨灯存在功率大,发光率低,使用寿命低,维护工作量大,不利于节能环保要求的问题,中国石油湖北武汉销售分公司对所管理的加油站实施了节能改造,结合生产运行情况,提出利用防爆的LED光源替换现有金卤灯光源的节能改造方案,对使用的440盏金卤灯进行了拆除,在原位安装440盏80 W的LED灯,对使用的129盏碘钨灯进行了拆除,在原位安装129盏50 W的LED灯。节能改造后,实现节电83%,年可节电约75.9×10~4kWh,投资回收期为4年。 Aiming at the problem of Large power, low luminous rate, low service life, large maintenance workload and also not conducive to energy conservation and environmental protection requirements of using metal halide lamps or iodine tungsten lamp often used for lighting in the gas station, CNPC Wuhan sales branch in Hubei province implemented energy- saving renovation of the gas stations under its management, Combine with production operation, an energy - saving reconstruction plan by using explosion - proof LED lamp instead of metal halide lamp is proposed: 440 metal halide lamps were removed , 44 080 W LED lamps were installed, 129 iodine tungsten lamps were removed and 12 950 W LED lamps were installed in situ. After the energysaving transformation,the electricitywas saved by 83%,with an annual saving of about 759 000 kWh, the investment recovery period is 4 years.
