基于叶片载荷分布的离心泵正交优化设计 被引量:11

Orthogonal Optimization Design of Centrifugal Pump Based on Blade Load Distribution

摘要 本文采用正交试验方法实现了离心泵的多目标优化设计。将水力效率和叶片表面最低压力作为设计目标,研究了叶片载荷分布对离心泵水力性能的影响。基于叶片载荷分布,选取了5个重要参数作为研究因素,采用五因素四水平的正交试验方案L_(16)(4~5).通过极差分析,讨论了叶片载荷中不同因素对离心泵性能的影响。应用数值模拟方法对离心泵的水力效率和叶片表面最低压力进行预测,优化方案的水力效率为91.09%,叶片表面最低压力为-35113 Pa,较原始方案,水力效率和叶片表面最低压力分别提高了1.5%和73.2%,优化效果明显。因此,合理控制叶片载荷分布,能够有效提高水力效率和叶片表面最低压力,明显改善了叶轮内部的流动不稳定性。 In this study,the multi-objective optimization design of a centrifugal pump is realized by orthogonal test method. The influence of blade load distribution on the hydraulic performance of centrifugal pump was studied with efficiency and minimum pressure on the surface of the blades as design objectives. Based on the blade load distribution, five important parameters were selected as the research factors, and orthogonal test method was used to establish the orthogonal experimental scheme L16(45). The influence of different factors in blade load on the performance of centrifugal pump is discussed through the range analysis. The efficiency of the centrifugal pump and the minimum pressure on the blade surface are predicted by numerical simulation. The results show that the efficiency of pump with optimized impeller is 91.09% and the minimum pressure on the blade surface is-35113 Pa. The pump efficiency and minimum pressure on the blade surface were improved by 1.5% and 73.2% in comparison to the pump with initial impeller. Therefore, the pump efficiency and minimum pressure on blade surface is improved effectively by reasonable control on blade load distribution and internal flow instability is improved as well.
