运动圆柱排与固定单圆柱间动静干涉的分析

The Rotor-stator Interaction Between the Moving Cylindrical Array and the Single Cylinder

摘要 在Re=3900下,基于动网格技术对运动圆柱排与固定单圆柱的绕流干涉作用进行二维数值模拟。通过分析干涉流场涡动力学特性、干涉间隙压力变化特性,并利用小波变换对固定圆柱升阻力进行时频分析,初步探索圆柱间动静干涉的作用机理.试验结果表明:运动圆柱排和固定圆柱间的干涉特征与固定多圆柱间干涉作用相比,具有显著差异;圆柱排通过固定圆柱后,间隙监测点压力幅值显著下降;另外,通过小波分析对阻力系数进行时频域定位,成功识别出干涉场中三个典型的特征频率. Based on the dynamic mesh technic, the interference of the two-dimension flow past the moving cylindrical array and single cylinder for Re=3900 is successfully simulated. Through the analysis of vortex dynamics, pressure and force coefficients, the interaction mechanism of the cylinders is tentatively explored. In the present study, the simulation results show that the vortex dynamics characteristics of the rotor-stator interaction between the moving cylindrical array and single cylinder are significantly different from the unmovable cylinders’ interaction. The pressure of the gap monitor points will decline when the cylindrical array go by the static cylinder and the amplitude of these points’ pressure become small after the cylindrical array pass the static cylinder. In addition, three character frequencies have also been identified by the means of the wavelet analysis.
