摘要 为了解决传统实验平台价格昂贵、寿命短、可移植性差等问题,选择NImyDAQ采集设备进行传感器数据的采集,在LabVIEW平台设计了基于虚拟仪器的传感器实验平台.详细介绍电涡流传感器位移测试实验的硬件及软件设计.将测试结果与传统测试方法结果相对比,新的实验平台在满足原有实验要求的基础上,价格更加低廉,实验平台开放性更强. In order to solve the problems of expensive price, short life and poor portability of traditional experimental platform. NI myDAQ acquisition equipment was selected to collect sensor data, and a sensor experimental platform which based on virtual instrument was designed on LabVIEW platform. The hardware and software design of displacement test experiment of eddy current sensor are introduced in detail. Comparing the test results with the traditional test results, the new experimental platform is cheaper and more open on the basis of meeting the original experimental requirements.
