汽车齿轮热处理工艺的研究 被引量:2

摘要 自1886年,人类发明了世界上第一辆汽车,直至今日我们有了100多年的汽车制造经验。当前,汽车制造工业已经成为了全球主要国家经济的支柱产业。虽然我国的汽车制造工业时间并不很长,但是经过半个多世界的追赶,尤其是改革开放后我们的汽车制造工业已经达到了世界领先水平。我国也成为了世界上最大的汽车生产国,在产量上与销量上都跃居世界前列。而汽车制造业的技术也不断在发展,当然我们也要看到在汽车制造业中,尤其是高端制造技术领域尚存在一定的差距。本文将从汽车齿轮制造工艺中的热处理技术的角度,详细论述热处理工艺中的各项复杂工艺,如渗碳、碳氮共渗、渗氮与感应淬火工艺等方面。同时,将探讨如何提高品质,降低单位能耗,尽可能做到环保与智能化。 In 1886,man invented the world's first car.Until now,we have more than 100 years of experience in automobile manufacturing.At present,the automobile manufacturing industry has become the mainstay industry of the major countries in the world.Although China's automobile manufacturing industry is not very long,but after a half world of catching up,especially after the reform and opening up,our automobile manufacturing industry has reached the world's leading level.China has also become the largest automobile producer in the world,and has been ranked first in the world in terms of output and sales volume.And the technology of automobile manufacturing is also developing,of course,we should also see that there is still a gap in the automobile manufacturing industry,especially in the field of high-end manufacturing technology.At the same time,we will discuss how to improve the quality,reduce the unit energy consumption,and make environmental protection and intelligence as far as possible.
