The rapid development of social economy has put forward higher requirements for enterprise management.At the same time,under the increasing improvement of high-tech industry,the ability of business management talents has become an important factor affecting the long-term development of enterprises.On the basis of the development of business management talents,this paper analyzes the importance of the training of business management talents,and combines the current problems of talent training in the process of business management,so as to further improve and optimize the management level of enterprises to a certain degree of strategic value analysis.
