浅谈新经济时代的人力资源管理

摘要 随着我国经济的快速发展,企业之间的竞争力也越来越激烈,而人是企业的一个重要组成部分,是一个企业的核心竞争力所在,但随着我国市场经济的不断发展,市场呈现出不稳定性,人员的流动性较大,所以对于企业来说,对人才进行科学有效的管理是非常重要的。只有科学有效的人力资源管理才能使企业在市场中立于不败之地,因此本文主要探讨了我国目前人力资源管理存在的问题以及针对这些问题应该采取的有效措施。 with the rapid development of our country's economy,the competitiveness among enterprises is more and more fierce,and the person is an important part of the enterprise,which is the core competitiveness of an enterprise,but with the continuous development of our country's market economy,the market presents instability.The mobility of personnel is relatively large,so it is very important for enterprises to carry out scientific and effective management of talents.Only scientific and effective human resources management can make enterprises in the market in an invincible position.Therefore,this paper mainly discusses the problems existing in human resources management in China and the effective measures that should be taken against these problems.
