新时期下高职院校资助育人工作模式研究

Research on the Work Model of Subsidized Education in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Period

资助育人是指高职院校以资助体系为前提下,为家庭经济贫困的学生提供一定的物质帮助。自国家对高校学费改制实施后,不再实行大学公费制,教育成本从根本上转变,贫困生问题日益突出,贫困生家庭经济问题已成为社会普遍关注问题。在贫困生不断增加的情况下,高职院校资助部门应与时俱进,了解其内涵从而更为深刻的认识资助育人的根本理念。资助困难学生的同时应加强学生的思想教育,使其全面发展,最终实现资助育人的目标。

Subsidized education refers to the provision of material assistance to students with poor family economy in Higher Vocational Colleges on the premise of the subsidy system.Since the reform of tuition fee system in Colleges and universities was implemented by the state,the public fee system in Colleges and universities has ceased to be implemented.The cost of education has changed fundamentally.The problem of poor students has become increasingly prominent.The economic problem of poor students'families has become a common concern of the society.With the increasing number of impoverished students,the subsidizing departments of higher vocational colleges should keep pace with the times,understand its connotation and further understand the basic concept of subsidizing education.At the same time,we should strengthen students'ideological education,make them develop in an all-round way,and ultimately achieve the goal of aiding and educating people.
