体验式教学法在“管理学”教学中的应用

体验式教学强调通过学生的亲身体验从而建构知识、产生情感、发展能力。与传统的课堂教学比较,具有自主性、实践性和互动性的特点,有利于促进学生自主学习,加快知识经验的转换,提高学生个人的综合能力。管理学教学应用体验式教学法形式多样,但应该根据教学内容合理选择。在实际运用体验式教学过程中,教师要精心设计教学方案,重视点评和总结环节,确保理论教学与体验学习相统一。

Experiencing teaching emphasizes the construction of knowledge,emotion and development ability through the experience of students. Compared with the traditional classroom teaching,has the characteristics of autonomy,practical and interactive,is beneficial to promote students' autonomous learning,accelerate the transformation of knowledge,improve students'comprehensive ability.The Experiencing teaching of Management course is diverse,but it should be selected according to the teaching contents.In the practical application of experiential education,the teacher should design the teaching plan carefully,attach importance to the comments and summary, and ensure the unification of theoretical teaching and experiential learning.
