摘要 随着我国基础建设的日益推进,工程管理人才的需求也在不断扩张,集技术、经济及管理知识为一体的高复合性人才,也成为工程建设领域可持续发展的重要组成部分之一。对工程管理专业的教学工作者而言,如何通过系统性、科学性、创新性、实践性等多元化教学模式的改革与探索,提高工程管理专业的教学质量,为我国工程建设领域源源不断的输送高复合性人才,打下坚实的基础,具有一定的挑战与时代意义。本文从不同角度剖析,工程管理实践教学改革中存在的问题,明确工程管理专业实践教学不完善、实践技能比拼匮乏、双师能力强调不足等问题,提出运用完善实践教学改革思想、加强实践教学技能比拼、启动双师能力评价体系等解决对策,以此来进一步推进工程管理专业教学改革,为我国源源不断提供高复合性人才,开僻一条具有创新性、科学性的新途径。 With the development of infrastructure in China,the demand for engineering management talents is also expanding.The high technology talents with technology,economics and management knowledge have become an important part of sustainable development in the field of engineering construction.The project management professional teaching staff,how to reform and exploration of systematic,scientific,creative and practical teaching mode,improve the teaching quality of engineering management,for the field of construction in China Everfount conveying high compound talents,and lay a solid foundation,and challenging times significance.This article from different angle analysis,existing project management practice in the teaching reform,clear project management professional practice teaching is not perfect,the lack of practical skills,double competition ability emphasizes the problems,put forward the use of perfect practice teaching reform ideas,strengthen the practice of teaching skills competition, start double ability evaluation system and other solutions, in order to to further promote the teaching reform of engineering management,provide high compound talents for our country Everfount, creating a new way of innovative and scientific.
