工程管理专业实践教学改革探索

随着我国基础建设的日益推进,工程管理人才的需求也在不断扩张,集技术、经济及管理知识为一体的高复合性人才,也成为工程建设领域可持续发展的重要组成部分之一。对工程管理专业的教学工作者而言,如何通过系统性、科学性、创新性、实践性等多元化教学模式的改革与探索,提高工程管理专业的教学质量,为我国工程建设领域源源不断的输送高复合性人才,打下坚实的基础,具有一定的挑战与时代意义。本文从不同角度剖析,工程管理实践教学改革中存在的问题,明确工程管理专业实践教学不完善、实践技能比拼匮乏、双师能力强调不足等问题,提出运用完善实践教学改革思想、加强实践教学技能比拼、启动双师能力评价体系等解决对策,以此来进一步推进工程管理专业教学改革,为我国源源不断提供高复合性人才,开僻一条具有创新性、科学性的新途径。
