高职艺术设计专业人才教学策略研究思路探析

随着我国经济的快速发展,社会对人才的要求也越来越高。现代企业不仅需要应聘者有扎实的专业基础,也要求应聘者具备较高的综合素质。为了让学生更好适应社会需求,找到理想工作,高校应加强对学生素质能力的培养,艺术设计教育是提升学生综合素质的重要手段。现如今,我国众多高校在艺术设计教学中有许多不科学的地方,不能充分培养学生的能力。本文将分析目前高校在艺术设计教学存在的不足之处,重点分析现存教学模式的问题,寻找有效措施,改善这一现状,以期能更好的培养人才。

with the rapid development of China's economy,the demand for talents is higher and higher.Modern enterprises need not only the solid professional foundation of applicants,but also the high quality of candidates.In order to make students better adapt to the social needs and find the ideal job,colleges and universities should strengthen the cultivation of students'quality and ability.Art design education is an important means to improve the comprehensive quality of students.Nowadays,many colleges and universities in China have many unscientific aspects in art design teaching,which can not fully train students'abilities.This article will analyze the shortcomings of the present teaching of art design in Colleges and universities,focus on the analysis of the existing teaching mode,find effective measures to improve this situation,so as to improve the training of talents.
