The Era Significance of Practical Entrepreneurial Universities in China

发掘与论证创业型大学中国实践的时代意蕴,可以为中国特色创业型大学建设提供动力与方向。当前传统型院校存在的普遍性问题,例如办学自主权不足、教学育人疲软、科学研究泡沫化、校内行政效率低下等,可以在创业型大学的实践模式中得到较好解决。只不过,有些问题属于"源头性"问题,需要一个从量变到质变的漫长过程,例如高校办学自主权不足、校内行政效率低下;有些问题则属于或者转化为"症状性"问题,例如教学育人疲软、科学研究泡沫化等,则正是创业型大学力争正面、直接去除的问题。创业型大学中国实践可以正面提升教学育人实效性、直接去除科学研究泡沫化,但只能逆向增强高校办学自主权、间接实现校内行政高效化。

Excavating and arguing the era significance of entrepreneurial universities of Chinese practice can provide impetus and direction for the construction of entrepreneurial universities with Chinese characteristics. The current universal problems existing in traditional universities, such as the lack of school running autonomy, the weakness of teaching and educating person, foaming of scientific research, and low administrative efficiency in schools, can all be better resolved in the practice model of entrepreneurial universities. However, some problems belong to "source" problems, and some problems belong to or turn into "symptomatic" problems, so that the path and characteristics of the solution are not consistent. The practice of entrepreneurial universities in China can positively improve the actual effect of teaching and educating person and directly remove the bubble of scientific research. However, it can only reverse enhance the autonomy of higher education institutions and indirectly achieve higher efficiency in school administration.
