基于OBE理念的行政管理专业课程改革与实践——以《国家公务员制度》课程为例

《国家公务员制度》课程是政法学院行政管理专业的核心课程,公共事业管理专业的必修课程,思想政治教育专业的特色课程,在人才培养方案中具有重要地位。OBE理念和行政管理专业教学存在较强的契合性,给行政管理专业课程教学改革与实践提供了可行性高的模式。文章将结合《国家公务员制度》课程的案例,探讨基于OBE理念的行政管理专业课程改革与实践。

The course of National Public Servant System, playing an important role in the personnel training program, serves as the core course of the administrative management major of political sciences and law universities, the compulsory course of the public service management major, and the characteristic course of the ideological and political education major. The OBE concept has a strong compatibility with the professional teaching of administrative management, providing a highly feasible model for the reform and practice of administrative management courses. In this paper, OBE-based reform and practice of the administrative management curriculum shall be discussed, based on the cases of National Public Servant System.
