摘要
青年博士教师是高校最有发展潜力的教师群体,他们的教学能力状况,不仅直接影响到高校教学质量,而且关系到高校未来的发展。高校应该积极创建教学学术的文化氛围,精心创设提升青年博士教师教学能力发展的有效载体,切实落实"一对一"指导与"团队指导"相结合的导师制模式,不断创新教学督导推进制度以及进一步改进教学评价方式等,完善高校青年博士教师教学能力培养的策略。
The young university teachers with doctorates are considered as the population with most potential for future development. The didactical capacity of this group not only affects the quality of talent fostering, but also impacts universities' development. With respect to this condition, it is proposed for universities to further innovate and refine the training mechanism of young university teachers with doctorates, including: formation of academic atmosphere and program for improvement of young teacher's didactical capacity, implementation of mentorship scheme featuring the combination of "one on one tutorial" and "team tutorial", establishment of didactical evaluation promotion system and didactical supervision promotion system.
