多发性内分泌腺瘤2型患者住院期间心理体验的质性研究

Qualitative research on psychological experience of patients with multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2 kindred in hospitalization period

目的了解多发性内分泌腺瘤2型患者住院期间的真实心理体验。方法采用质性研究的现象学方法,对两家三级甲等医院8名多发性内分泌腺瘤2型患者进行深入访谈,分析主题。结果通过访谈,提炼出4个主题:对本疾病知识的缺乏,心理负担过重,对未来的设想和期望不同,心理支持需求。结论多发性内分泌腺瘤2型患者住院心理状况复杂多样,需提供个体化干预。

Objective To study the real psychological experience of patients with multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2 kindred in hospitalization period. Method 8 patients with multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2 kindred from 2 third grade class A hospitals receive in-depth interview by phenomenology method of qualitative research. Analyze the themes. Result 4 themes of lack of knowledge on disease, too heavy psychological burden, different assumption and expectation on the future and demand on psychological support are concluded through interview. Conclusion The psychological status of patients with multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2 kindred in hospitalization period is complicated and various, which needs individual intervention .
