摘要
针对华南地区多云雨难以实现高频率全覆盖卫星影像数据获取的问题,本文通过分析当前满足监测需求的国内外高分卫星影像及其覆盖情况,结合已有卫星影像共享服务平台特性,优化了传统卫星影像获取手段,并在广东省2017年第二季度土地矿产资源遥感监测项目中得到应用验证。相关方案可为广东省"十三五"期间季度性土地矿产卫片执法检查提供数据保障。
According to the south cloud region to realize the high frequency and full coverage of satellite image acquisition, this paper take Guangdong province to carry out remote sensing monitoring of land and mineral resources quarter as an example, through the introduction of domestic and foreign satellite images and their coverage which meet the monitoring requirements, shared the characteristics of satellite image service platform, optimized the traditional methods of satellite image acquisition, developed an solution of high frequency and full coverage of satellite image acquisition in accordance with the situation of Guangdong Province. This paper solved the security problem of image data in land and mineral resources dynamic monitoring which was completed in the second quarter of 2017 in Guangdong Province, and provided the data support for the law enforcement inspection of land and mineral resources in Guangdong Province .
