第三次全国土地调查中土地权属调查工作方法的探讨

土地权属调查是第三次全国土地调查的主要任务之一,并且随着我国经济的快速发展,各地城市建设发生了翻天覆地的变化,土地征用、储备、交易和土地供应等工作频繁,这些土地管理工作也需要土地权属信息的支撑,因此有必要将城市的土地信息准确、清晰、合法地统一在"一张图"上。本文以某市城区土地权属调查工作为例,制定了土地权属调查内容、调查原则及调查流程,从而构建了一套完整的土地权属调查的工作方法。

The land ownership investigation is one of the main tasks of the 3rd. National Land Investigation,and with the rapid development of our country′s economy,great changes have taken place everywhere, land acquisition,land reserve, land transaction and land supply are frequently. these land management work also needs the support of land ownership information. Therefore, it is necessary to unify the city′s land information accurately, clearly and legally on “One Map”. This paper takes the land ownership investigation in a city as an example, and set up the land investigation contents, principles and procedures, then construct a completed working methods for land ownership investigation.
