摘要
针对当前焦炉烟气达标排放形势,分析了高炉煤气加热焦炉烟气达标排放的难点和问题,并针对高炉煤气加热焦炉的烟气特点,分析了碳酸氢钠干法脱硫+中低温脱硝、逆流活性焦脱硫脱硝(CSCR)、新型催化法活性炭脱硫脱硝3种一体化净化技术的工艺流程、特点和优势、存在问题和建议,介绍了他们在副产物资源化利用、能耗、装备、操控等方面的差别,指出两种炭基催化剂工艺具有可实现低温脱硝、副产物洁净易资源化利用、污染物去除效果较好等特点。
At present, it is urgent for coke oven flue gas to meet the emission standards. The analysis was made regarding the points to be noted for the flue gas of coke oven heated by blast furnace gas to meet the emission standards. In view of the characteristics of such flue gas, several integrated purification technologies were analyzed with respects to the technological process, characteristics, advantages, existing problems and suggestions. These technologies included sodium bicarbonate dry desulfurization + medium and low-temperature denitrification, CSCR, and new catalytic activated carbon desulfurization and denitrification. Their differences in the resource utilization of by-products, energy consumption, equipment and operation control were introduced. It was also pointed out that both carbon-based catalyst process had such features as low-temperature denitrification, clean and easy resource utilization of by-products and good pollutant removal effect.
