摘要
针对现行干湿串联闭式循环水工艺运行中存在的干空冷段堵塞、喷水量增加、冷却效果下降等问题,开发了一种新型循环水干湿串联闭式冷却工艺。概述了新工艺的主要流程,介绍了新增抽风筒的空冷器结构和运行情况,分析了空冷段新增等焓降温工艺原理。节水效果分析表明,与开式循环水冷却工艺相比,采用该工艺可使全年水耗降低75%。探讨了提高循环水温差、能源转化效率和建立更合理的水资源管理机制对煤化工企业的意义。
A new type of dry-wet series closed cooling water system was developed in view of the existing problems in the operation of the current dry-wet series closed cooling water system such as blockage of dry-air cooling section, increase of water spray and decrease of cooling effect. The main flow of the new process was summarized, the structure and operation of the air cooler with the new suction cylinder were introduced, and the principle of the new isenthalpic humidification and cooling in the air cooling section was analyzed. Compared with the open cooling water system, the annual water consumption could be reduced by 75%. Finally, the significance of temperature difference of cooling water, energy conversion efficiency and water resource management mechanism for coal chemical enterprises was discussed.
