校派海外研修大学生思想政治教育工作面临的挑战与对策——以淮海工学院为例

Research on Challenges and Countermeasures of Ideological and Political Education Work for Overseas Chinese Students: Taking Huaihai Institute of Technology as an Example

中国高校国际化水平的不断提高带给大学生更多的海外研修机会,而重视海外研修大学生的思想政治教育工作是高校落实立德树人根本任务的重要内容。以淮海工学院为例,在梳理校派海外研修大学生申请条件及现状的基础上,分析其思想政治教育工作面临的挑战和现实问题,并提出相应的解决对策。

The rapid development of internationalization of Chinese universities brings about more opportunities for undergraduates to study abroad,and it is of great significance for ideological educators to attach importance to the education and cultivation of overseas Chinese students’ socialist core values.Taking Huaihai Institute of Technology as an example,this paper analyzes the main challenges and practical problems in the process of ideological and political education work on the basis of sorting out the application and current situation of overseas students,and puts forward corresponding solutions.
