高校创新创业教育指导教师发展问题研究

Research on the Problems of College Instructors’ Development in Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education

在我国高校开展创新创业教育,是响应国家"大众创业,万众创新"发展战略的一个高等教育改革与发展的新动向。我国高校创新创业教育虽然起步较晚,但发展较快。然而,高校创新创业指导教师队伍发展的相对滞后与快速推进的大学生创新创业局势极不协调,因此,高校应采取相应措施来大力促进创新创业指导教师的能力发展,以确保高校大学生创新创业活动的有效开展。

In response to the national development strategy of “Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation”,innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students is a new trend,which develops rapidly although it was launched later in China.Innovation and entrepreneurship education in China’s colleges and universities started late,but developed rapidly.However,the lag of the development of innovation and entrepreneurship instructors in colleges and universities is inconsistent with the rapid development of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship.Therefore,colleges and universities should take corresponding measures to vigorously promote the ability development of innovation and entrepreneurship instructors to ensure the effective development of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship activities.
