药学专业“一人一专”人才培养模式探析——以安徽新华学院为例

Exploration on the Training Model of “One Student,One Specialty” Talents in Pharmaceutical Specialty:Taking Anhui Xinhua University as an Example

药学行业的精细化发展使人才类型和结构呈现多元化趋势,对人才的应用能力需求更加迫切。以应用型人才培养为导向,以安徽新华学院为例,对药学专业"一人一专"人才培养模式进行了探讨,即低年级实施大类培养,中高年级分药学、药品经营与管理、现代中药学三个专业方向培养,高年级开展专业核心技术个性化培养,构建多元化培养目标,实施平台式教育,该模式为提高人才培养质量提供了新的思路。

The refined development of pharmaceutical industry makes the type and structure of talents diversified,and the demand for the application ability of talents is more urgent.Taking the training of applied talents as the orientation and taking Anhui Xinhua University as an example,this paper discusses the training mode of “one student,one specialty” talents in pharmacy specialty,that is,to carry out large-scale training in lower grades,to cultivate three specialties in pharmacy,drug management and modern Chinese medicine in middle and senior grades,to carry out individualized training of professional core technology in higher grades,to construct diversified training objectives and to implement platform-based education.This model provides a new way to improve the quality of personnel training.
