Logical Theory and Path: Improving Party Governance through the Party’s Political Construction

要推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化,关键在于中国共产党政党治理的现代化。以党的政治建设为统领全面加强党的建设,是党的建设理论的重大创新,也是实现中国共产党政党治理现代化的重要基础和根本保障。党的政治建设是马克思主义政党的本质要求,与政党治理在价值取向上具有高度一致性,在逻辑关系上具有内在相生性,在实施过程中具有密切关联性。必须通过加强党的政治建设,坚定党员政治信仰、树立党的政治权威、严肃党内政治生活、厚植党内政治文化,构建以党的政治建设引领政党治理现代化的现实路径,确保政党治理的科学化、规范化和长效化。

The modernization of the Party governance of the Communist Party of China is the key to promoting the modernization of the state governance system and governance capability. To strengthen the Party’s construction in an all-round way under the leadership of the Party’s political construction is an important innovation of the Party’s construction theory,and also an important foundation and fundamental guarantee for realizing the modernization of the Party’s governance. The Party’s political construction is the essential requirement of the Marxist political party. It is highly consistent with the value orientation of the party’s governance,inherent in the logical relationship,and closely related in the implementation process. We must strengthen the Party’s political construction and political beliefs,establish political authority,take seriously the political life within the Party,and foster the political culture within the Party. We must also construct a realistic path leading the modernization of the Party’s governance by the Party’s political construction so as to ensure the scientific,standardized and long-term effectiveness of the Party’s governance.
