摘要
新型旋转鼓风干燥机主要由空气调节气泵、物料投放装置、干燥箱、燃气炉、布袋除尘器和过热水蒸气回收装置等六部分组成,用于干燥物料。该装置在干燥箱转筒夹层中设计了蛇形加热管,将干燥过程中产生的过热水蒸气进行收集,通入蛇形加热管,用以加热转筒内的填料室,从而实现物料中水分余热的有效利用,提高了系统能源利用效率。该干燥箱可有效减少一次能源的使用以及干燥过程污染气体的排放,对环境无污染,实现节能减排。
A new rotary blast dryer is mainly composed of 6 parts of air conditioning pump,material delivery device,dryer.gas furnace,bag filter and overheating steam recovery unit.The device has a serpentine heating tube in the interlayer of the dryer to collect the hot water vapor into the serpentine heating tube.The hot water vapor is used to heat the packing chamber during the drying process.This research can effectively utilize the residual heat of moisture in the material,and increase system energy efficiency.The dryer can effectively reduce the using of energy and the emission of polluting gases during the drying process.This design can achieve the environmental pollution-free and energy conservation.
