电子政务是当前在政务处理系统中最常使用的公共事务处理与服务方式,借助现代通信技术、信息网络和办公自动化技术手段,实现了政府组织机构现代化办公为社会提供公共服务的一种全新管理模式。在这种基础上,云计算技术和人工智能技术的加入推动了电子政务进一步的发展,以人工智能技术的自动化、智能化与可控性实现了电子政务领域的创新应用。本文对电子政务领域发展现状与人工智能技术的应用进行探究,为电子政务领域的应用模式创新提供基础研究资料。

E-government is the most commonly used way of public affairs processing and service in the current government affairs processing system, with the help of modern communication technology, information network and office automation technology, it has realized a brand-new management mode of modern office of government organizations to provide public services for the society. On this basis, the addition of cloud computing technology and artificial intelligence technology promotes the further development of e-government, and realizes the innovative application in the field of e-government with the automation, intellectualization and controllability of artificial intelligence technology. This paper explores the development status of e-government and the application of artificial intelligence technology, and provides basic research data for the innovation of application mode in e-government.
