电路板元器件缺陷检测是电路板制造过程中重要的环节,本文采用图像处理的方法,设计了一套电路板缺陷检测系统,用于检查电路板上的元器件缺陷。通过试验表明,该系统可以正确检测出电路板中的元器件缺陷,提高电路板检测的效率。

Defect detection of components in Circuit Board is a very important part in the process of circuit board manufacturing,In the paper a PCB defect detection system is designed by using image processing method. It is used to check the defects of components on PCB. The actual test shows that the system can correctly detect the defects of components in the circuit board and improve the efficiency of circuit board inspection.
