Study of Shipping Monitoring and Management System Based on COMPASS

本文从技术实现角度出发,深入研究用户需求,将北斗与其他系统结合,深入研究了基于北斗的船舶监控管理服务系统,该系统实现了船舶位置监控、态势展示,并支持基于北斗的快速高效应急指挥调度及增值信息发布,可有效提升渔业海事部门信息化管理水平。最后,针对北斗卫星导航定位系统在通航监管、应急搜救、船舶避碰等方面的应用前景进行了分析与展望。

The functions of the COMPASS navigation and communication system in the marine management application were presented. Furthermore, combined with other systems like mobile communication system, GPS and so on, we researched and designed a shipping monitoring and management system. Running this system can realize the ship location and communication, inquire about the basic information, real-time monitoring, management etc. It can provide an effective managing idea for the maritime bureau, COMPASS will have a wide range of application prospect in shipping supervision, marine search and rescue, ship collision avoidance and the marine investigation and management.
