摘要
针对生产线上的形状各异的不同工件,本文提出对于工件生产线进行识别与定位,然后通过机器视觉进行高速精确分拣的任务要求。本文设计了一套基于机器视觉的分拣系统,并对可视化控制与运动控制系统进行具体设计,实现了系统的自动化。
In view of the different shapes of different workpieces on the production line, this paper proposes the task of identifying and locating the workpiece production line and then performing high-speed and precise sorting through machine vision. In this paper, a sorting system based on machine vision is designed, and the visual control and motion control system are designed specifically to realize the automation of the system.
