International Competitiveness of Higher Vocational Colleges: Connotation,Status and Improvement

国际化办学竞争力已成为各高职院校重点关注的焦点。解析了高职院校国际化办学竞争力的内涵,通过调查省内外20所高职院校的国际化办学情况,分析了当前高职院校国际化竞争力的现状和存在的五大方面的问题。从资源引进与输出并重、争取规则制定话语权、政行企校四方推进三个方面提出了提升高职院校办学竞争力的基本原则,进而分析了办学竞争力的逻辑起点,从找切入点、搭平台、增投入、建评估体系四个方面和五大工程的实施给出了提升高职院校国际化办学的基本路径。

The international competitiveness of running schools has become the focus of attention of higher vocational colleges.This paper analyses the connotation of the international competitiveness of higher vocational colleges.Through investigating the internationalization of 20 high vocational colleges both inside and outside the province,the current situation of international competitiveness and five major issues of higher vocational colleges was analyzed.This paper puts forward the basic principles of enhancing the competitiveness of higher vocational colleges from three aspects:paying equal attention to the import and export of resources,striving for the right to speak in the formulation of rules and promoting the four-way development by enterprises,schools,government and industry.Then it analyses the logical starting point of school-running competitiveness,and gives the basic path to enhance the internationalization of higher vocational colleges from four aspects which are finding the entry point,setting up the platform,increasing investment,building the evaluation system,and the implementation of the five major projects.
