论高职思政教育助力高素质技能型人才供给

Research on the Ideological and Political Education in Higher Vocational Colleges to Facilitate the Supply of High-quality Skilled Talents

现阶段高职人才培养应该主要有两个方面的目标,第一是培养高技能,第二是培养高素质。在整个高职教育当中,两者缺一不可。高职思想政治理论课作为公共必修课,在高素质技能型人才的高素质培养上具有得天独厚的优势,可以助力高素质技能型人才有效供给。高职思想政治理论课教材中有许多教学内容与培养高素质技能型人才的高素质特征相关,所以,在高职的思想政治理论课教学中,可以针对高素质人才的基本特征,把相关理论进行重点讲解,这样有助于培养高素质技能型人才。高职思政教育培养高素质技能型人才的有效途径,具体可以从三个方面着手:培养高职思想政治理论课教师的教学改革创新意识;从"思政课程"走向"课程思政";引导学生知行合一,做实干家。

At the present stage,the training of higher vocational talents should have two main objectives:cultivate high skills and high quality talents.Higher vocational ideological and political theory course,as a public compulsory course,has unique advantages in the cultivation of high-quality skilled talents and can assist the effective supply of high-quality skilled talents.Many teaching contents in higher vocational ideological and political theory course are related to the characteristics of cultivating high-quality skilled talents.Therefore,in the teaching of higher vocational ideological and political theory course,we can focus on explaining relevant theories according to the basic characteristics of high-quality talents,which is helpful to cultivate high-quality skilled talents.The effective way to train high quality and skilled talents in higher vocational ideological and political education can be started from the following three aspects:train teachers'consciousness of teaching reform and innovation;From"ideological and political course"to"curriculum ideological and political course";To guide the student into being a man of action.
