中职学校德育工作全面贯彻"三全育人"理念,应以"立德树人,服务一切学生成长成才"为出发点,注重精细化管理体系建设,以内涵建设夯实育人之"基";注重活动实践育人体系建设,以文化建设锻造育人之"品";注重安全预防管控体系建设,以法制建设筑牢育人之"墙",构建德育一体化育人机制,形成全员全过程全方位育人格局。

In order to fully implements the concept of"three aspects educating people"in the moral education work of secondary vocational schools,we should take"cultivating people with moral integrity and serving all students to grow into talents"as the starting point,pay attention to the construction of fine management system,and strengthen the"foundation"of educating people with connotation construction,pay attention to the construction of activity practice education system and forge the"quality"of education through cultural construction.Attention should be paid to the construction of safety prevention and control system,and legal system should be constructed to strengthen the"wall"of education,the integrated moral education mechanism should be constructed to form the whole process of all-round education pattern.
